It all starts with the balloons left over from the Sempertex manufacturing process. We lovingly select and prepare a significant number of balloons so they can continue their journey of transformation toward a much more exciting and fun destination thanks to DUR.
Innovative Renaissance
The balloons begin their transformation process
At this stage, the collected balloons begin their transformation process. We mix balloons with natural rubber and other ingredients.
We turn this mixture into a uniform mass that we call regenerated balloon. Something very important happens here! These ingredients will make this material the strongest and most durable , creating a long-lasting toy.
Fun Mixes
We're almost at the best stage!
To obtain a perfect toy, we need to polish the regenerated balloon a little more. Therefore, in our third step, we use mechanical technology to transform the regenerated balloon into a more homogeneous and smooth mass , which we call the Master.
The Master is simply a much smoother, less textured paste.
And here's something exciting and fragrant: We added the scents our furry friends love! Did you know chicken, vanilla, and blackberry are some of their favorites? Plus, we also added antibacterial because we've thought of everything, and this will help inhibit the spread of bacteria in our toy.

Thanks to our wide range of Sempertex balloon colors , we can create unique, colorful, and innovative patterns on each toy.
In this final stage, our transformed balloon will complete its journey.
We continue cutting the dough, patiently and carefully placing the color mixtures we like most into the molds, creating fun shapes for pet toys.
